I was browsing a bit on Zeit.de and came across a pretty nice Photo Gallery called Gefrorene Räume (frozen rooms). Interesting views into rooms of dead people, which have been kept and locked up by their loved ones to keep memories alive. Slightly morbid maybe, but also quite interesting. Take a look. I must say I quite like Zeit.de. It’s not as loud as Spiegel Online, less heischerisch and often with a bit of a different angle on things. I like that. Even though Spiegel Kultur is pretty great especially Mattusek’s Kulturtips (coincident?) are a classic. I do like his humour quite a bit, and the occasional Kameraschwenk over the Hafencity erfreut mein Herz as well .-) Btw. Jack Nicholson has turned 70.
christoph, ich schaue immer mal wieder bei dir rein und hab es gerne, dass du nicht nur erfindest (wie die meisten blogger) sondern auch viel zitierst und verlinkst… man kann ja die eigenen augen nicht immer ueberall haben und so stosse ich bei dir oft auf vielfaeltigste links, die ich wohl selber nicht entdeckt haette. thx for that.
anyways, “die zeit” lese ich auch gerne insbesondere verschlinge ich die artikel von afrika-korrespont Bartholomaeus Grill – not just because of his nice name ;-)
